Sejal Binnings is the best!! I cannot say enough about our great experience with her! Sejal really gave us 100% in her efforts to find our "perfect home", working diligently and patiently with our budget and preferences (and we were picky!). She was always understanding when we felt like a place was just "not quite right". Once the "perfect home" was found, Sejal helped us navigate the bidding and buying...

We have contracted with Sejal and her team for the transfer of two properties over the past few years. They are fantastic. Sejal is easily reachable and communicative about all issues. She is professional and amiable. She knows her business and does a great job. We felt very looked after. She kept us updated on progress and our options and handled everything. Her team is organized and thorough. We highly...

We worked with Sejal and The Binnings Team to buy a house in Mill Valley in 2026. At first we couldn’t tell if Sejal really understood my wife and I, because we are very particular and yet open to many different styles, locations, and home conditions (from fixers to new construction). But within a couple of interactions it was clear Sejal was the consummate professional. What exemplifies her professional...

As first time home buyers, we didn’t know where to start especially in a competitive market like San Francisco. We were introduced to Sejal by a friend who had a great home buying experience with her. Sejal didn’t treat us as just another client but really went deep to understand our needs, what we liked and helped us learn about the home buying process in SF. She is very responsive and was extremely pat...

Choosing to list my condominium in San Francisco with the Binnings Team was an excellent decision. They managed several unexpected challenges with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring the process remained on schedule. Their guidance on timing and strategy demonstrated a strong depth of experience and a clear understanding of the local market. Over the past decade, I had considered selling my condomi...

Working with The Binnings Team—Arrian and Sejal—was honestly one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. They are the perfect team, and we cannot say enough good things about them. From day one, it was clear that they complement each other beautifully. Their strengths, styles, and expertise blend into this seamless, powerhouse partnership. One brings deep strategic insight and market intuition; the other...

Arrian and Sejal are truly best in class. They helped us both buy and sell a condo in San Francisco and were an absolute pleasure to work with every step along the way. The quality of service and attention to detail is second to none, and I felt like they were a true partner to us in all aspects of the process. I can't wait to work with them again and could not recommend them more - they are the best!
— Sam Y.
Arrian and Sejal are an incredibly dynamic team and truly the full package. They each specialize in different aspects of the sale, so you always feel like every angle is covered and every scenario anticipated. They have a deep understanding of the Bay Area market, especially the hundreds of small details that go into a high-end listing—from pricing and timing to presentation and negotiation. Their market...

You can't get a better Real Estate team than The Binnings Team. They were attentive to every detail and understood the nuances and variations of the market from neighborhood to neighborhood. All of their pre-sale suggestions helped to sell our house quickly, over asking price, and in an efficient manner. They are an amazing team and I highly recommend. Sejal, Arrian, and their team.

As one of the top leasing agents in San Francisco, I often advise clients on whether to rent or sell a property. I had a client where it was clear that selling was in their best interest, so I referred them to The Binnings Team. Despite a challenging market, they took on the listing, generated three offers, and exceeded my clients’ expectations by more than $300K. Effort, creativity, tenacity, and profes...

My wife and I recently bought our dream home in Marin County with Arrian and Sejal’s help, and we couldn’t be happier. Arrian is passionate about real estate and deeply knowledgeable about local neighborhoods and the market. We appreciated his hands-off approach during showings — he gave us space to form our own opinions, but when we asked, “What do you think?”, his insights were spot-on. He has a great...

We worked with Sejal to purchase our adorable Bernal Heights home in 2021 and had an exceptional experience with her, kept in touch over the years, and then worked with Sejal and Arrian to sell our home in 2025 because we were moving out of state. We could not recommend the Binnings Team more highly. They are highly connected (e.g., found us our off-market home and ensured we were the second people to se...

Sejal was awesome to work with—super responsive, honest about every property we looked at, and really guided us through the whole process without ever making it feel overwhelming. She’s cool, calm, and collected, which made a huge difference when things got hectic. Highly recommend working with her!!
— Ben + Dylan
Your professionalism, steady guidance, and warm encouragement made all the difference as did your adept knowledge of market conditions, insight into local neighborhoods, and ability to support all parties in the process. As promised, you were on-site and ever-present, and your marketing team was amazing! You saw the vision for my move, were patient when more time was needed, and never let the process fee...

We worked with Arrian & Sejal to sell our condo in San Francisco, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. They were very thoughtful about how & when we should approach the market, they were insanely responsive to our phone calls & emails, and they made a stressful transaction light hearted & fun which is no easy feat. When we had a fast close offer, I had an work international trip planned; Arrian & S...

I can’t say enough about the Binnings team. Real estate is so tricky and stressful to navigate in the Bay Area, especially in SF itself. Each area has its own characteristics and challenges and the Binnings team truly understands this. They do a DEEP dive into each area to make sure they come up with a strategic plan for comps, and then how to set your property up so it truly shines. We met Arrian and Se...

The Binnings Team were exceptional to work with. Moving to San Francisco as a first time homebuyer, the process was intimidating. A colleague recommended I reach out to the Binnings Team and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The team gave me guidance every step of the way, from general neighborhood guidance, to open houses, to assessing what to look for (and in a few cases what to avoid) and ...

One of the best realtor agents in the City. We are working with Sejal for multiple years and on several occasions together. Highly professional, clear communication is combined with a great knowledge and care for the customer. We are recommending them to all our friends and colleagues.

Working with Colin Halliday of The Binnings Team was an incredible experience. As someone who has worked in real estate for over a decade, I know the process inside and out--but buying my first home was still nerve-wracking. Colin's patience, support, and genuine care made all the difference. He took the time to understand our personalities and lifestyle, offering thoughtful advice on neighborhoods he tr...

We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with The Binnings Team. Arrian & Sejal are the best and we would recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality service and wonderful people!

Working with Sejal and her team could not have gone more smoothly. Sejal literally responded to every text, email and /or call within minutes when we found details to worry about (which was often!). She is the sweetest and so easy to talk to. She helped us figure out the most economical solutions to staging, repairs, etc and was totally professional with all the best contacts. We appreciated all her reco...

We have worked with The Binnings Team for over 13 years on all of our sales and purchase transactions. Sejal and Arrian have been the best. Knowledgable, professional, and prompt. We highly recommend them and their team.

Phenomenal and Patient. The Binnings Team worked and counseled / strategized with us for 3 years until they finally got us our Mill Valley forever house right before Covid hit. And as a pocket listing before it ever went on market. It was not magic but pretty close. Our family's time during the pandemic would have been completely different if we didn't have them on our side to get over the finish line- a...

Arrian and team are INCREDIBLE. We hired them to sell our Russian Hill property after a challenging sell-side that didn't work out. Came in with tight/pragmatic recommendations, a seamless approach (basically in-sources everything you need) and tons of hustle. No brainer. Would hire or recommend unconditionally.
— Michael + Berit H
Highly recommend working with Sejal. Before choosing her, we interviewed almost 10 other agents and none of them felt quite right. Some agents just tell you what you want to hear, some want to pressure you into finding a place quickly. Sejal was the perfect balance of being straight forward and patient with us as first time home buyers in SF. I know she has many clients, but she made us feel like we were...

Sejal and her team were an absolute dream to work with! They were always not just on top of things but even a few steps ahead. Before I could even ask the question, they seemed to anticipate what was needed and already on it. Such a great outcome, great team and great service!
— Ritika G.
Arrian is my guy and there is no other realtor I would trust with such important/consequential personal transactions. I cannot underscore this point enough... Arrian, Sejal, Jennifer, Lorelei - you work with this group and you are truly getting a full team behind you, each with core expertise. SF is a complicated real estate market with knowledge, process, and value traps everywhere. Arrian and The Binni...

Thank you again for making the whole experience a pleasant one. Colin, you were a pleasure to work with — always upbeat, friendly and professional. We even miss our weekly touring of homes with you, where you became like an extended family member. We all enjoyed meeting and working with you both! We look forward to a time when we can all get together.
— Mike, Cindy and Grant
We worked with Arrian and Sejal to buy our first house and had an A+ experience. Arrian was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and his insights across SF and Marin were very valuable in us finding the right home. We started the process by discussing our preferences and priorities, but then jumped right in to reviewing homes virtually as they came on the market. Arrian would quic...

In 2021 I sold my house in San Francisco where I had lived for 30 years. My SF realtor recommended The Binnings Team to help me find a new home in Marin County. During my first meeting with them I was impressed by how well they listened and understood as I explained what factors were important to me in buying a new home. During many months of searching in a difficult buyers' market, they remained confide...

Wonderful team to work with! Very attentive to our needs and walked us through every step of our first home purchase. The Bay Area is a scary market to shop in, and Sejal kept us calm and positive throughout the whole process.

Thank you to the whole Binnings Team for helping us to sell our old home for top dollar and to buy our dream home! The team seamlessly guided us through the complexities of buying and selling with so much patience and kindness. In addition, they developed statistical models to guide our buying and selling expectations, so we felt fully informed and empowered with market data. We appreciated their willing...

The Binnings Team exceeded all of our expectations. They have the highest professional standards, communication was superb and their judgement proved to be spot on. I've purchased and sold a lot of real estate. The Binnings Team has, by far, provided the best experience and result. I recommend them to anyone especially that person transacting the top dollar deal.

We have worked with Sejal Binnings and her team to buy and sell three homes in the past six years. While I don’t recommend moving that often, I can’t say enough great things about Sejal and team! Professional, organized, and help you be realistic about what to expect to secure a home in SF or sell your home. Sejal understands the SF real estate market, and is super responsive in walking you through every...

Arrian, Colin, & team just got us into our dream home in San Francisco! It wasn't easy and the market is absolutely bonkers, but they always fought hard for us and never slowed down. They navigated us through a bidding war, and closing was fast and easy. We couldn't be happier with the The Binnings Team.
— Phillip S.
There is no question that The Binnings Team is the best real estate group you can find. There is a whole team working for the client. They took care of every detail imaginable. Since real estate services have a pegged fee I can't imagine why every seller or buyer wouldn't use The Binnings Team. Simply the smartest, nicest, most diligent, and professional services company I have ever had the pleasure of e...

My partner and I had an excellent experience working with Sejal this past year. We were recommended to her by a family friend (who also raved about her) and are so glad we found her! We were first-time buyers in a crazy market (San Francisco during COVID!), and she took her time with us to help refine what we were lookin...

I've bought and sold 13 houses in the last 10 years. In my experience most real estate agents are not well-trained and are only looking to make a quick commission and move on to the next one. The Binnings Team is one of those rare exceptions. They truly represent their clients to the fullest. I would trust them with any property I was selling or to represent me as a buyer for any transaction. When we f...

I worked with Sejal on buying a home in SF. It was a crazy time (pandemic) and Sejal was patient, supportive and incredibly insightful as I went through the process. She provided excellent advice and recommendations throughout, and took a no-nonsense, efficient approach when I was ready to make offers. In the end, I'm very satisfied with where I ended up and would highly recommend Sejal and her team to a...

We worked with Sejal, Arrian, and team both to buy and sell our home in San Francisco. We bought and sold during difficult times (purchased in the crazy competitive 2012-2013 market and sold mid-Pandemic in 2021). They were incredibly patient and supportive throughout both processes! They are helpful in assessing a property's condition and value and are careful to ensure you don't "overspend". And they a...

We worked with The Binnings Team to buy our first home in San Francisco and their team has also worked with other members of my family previously. We had been looking at houses for some time prior to switching to The Binnings Team and were starting to lose hope that we'd find one that checked all of our many boxes while also still being within our price range, especially given the crazy San Francisco mar...

The absolute best. We've worked with Sejal and Arrian across three moments - the purchase of our old home, and the sale of our old home + purchase of our new home. They are not just the smartest when it comes to actionable advice on the market and how to position your sale or offer but they also truly empathize with their clients, sharing thoughts anchored in what matters most to you. We have had a remar...

I just closed on a transaction with Arrian and his team. I represented the Buyers and their team represented the Seller. They run a very professional team and the process was incredibly smooth. They are highly professional and I trust they could overcome any obstacle. I would look forward to the opportunity to work with their team again in the future!

I just wanted to note how incredibly happy we were with your listing, the incredible staging, and the great photography. We think that you represented it Much better than other times our home has been for sale.

Thank you so much for all your help in selling my place. In the end, I am really pleased with the outcome. I really appreciate all the hand-holding and expertise you provided along the way.
— Elizabeth G.
Congratulations on your recent sale at California Court. We've had several units for sale in recent months and your team's presentation was the most professional. Your communication with the building owners was much appreciated.
— MaryAnne C.
We worked with the The Binnings Team when we were staging a 6 unit building on Broderick. They were awesome to work alongside the marketing of the properties!

This is THE BEST real estate team ever. After having a very bad experience with another SF realtor of a different agency (who incidentally I found on yelp and chose because of the many positive reviews - a reminder that in real estate, take with a grain of salt those agents who have a bazillion positive yelp reviews and wonder if they are really providing their clients with individualized, top-quality se...

It has been a year since our last transaction with Arrian and Sejal Binnings and four years since our first. I would never think of using anyone else for my San Francisco and Bay area real estate transactions - they are simply the best in every way. I am writing this review now because once again they have proved to be exceptional, not only professionally, but also in the way that they support their clie...
