Sejal really gave us 100% in her efforts to find our "perfect home", working diligently and patiently with our budget and preferences (and we were picky!). She was always understanding when we felt like a place was just "not quite right". Once the "perfect home" was found, Sejal helped us navigate the bidding and buying process and she is still readily available with answers to any questions or support we need after our purchase. Sejal is a consummate real estate agent and she is sunny, encouraging, and effortful from beginning to the end, a truly lovely person and agent we highly recommend!"

"We worked with Sejal and The Binnings Team to buy a house in Mill Valley in 2026. At first we couldn’t tell if Sejal really understood my wife and I, because we are very particular and yet open to many different styles, locations, and home conditions (from fixers to new construction). At first we couldn’t tell if Sejal really understood my wife and I, because we are very particular and yet open to many different styles, locations, and home conditions (from fixers to new construction). But within a couple of interactions it was clear Sejal was the consummate professional. What exemplifies her professionalism is that >80% of the listing agents we met knew her, and clearly respected her as part of the inner group of agents in Southern Marin who really drive sales and get deals done. Over the summer, when we were leaving town and wanted (needed?) to see a property before we left that came up as “Coming Soon”, it was magically available for us on the day we requested. When we were looking to understand the range of prices a house was likely to sell for, we had it almost immediately. She’s a pro, and she’s also a wonderful person. Couldn’t be happier with our experience."

"As first time home buyers, we didn’t know where to start especially in a competitive market like San Francisco. We were introduced to Sejal by a friend who had a great home buying experience with her. Sejal didn’t treat us as just another client but really went deep to understand our needs, what we liked and helped us learn about the home buying process in SF. She is very responsive and was extremely patient with our endless list of questions. Her guidance helped us narrow down what we wanted and what is good for our lifestyle. Sejal knows the SF market really well and knows what it takes to win a bid in a competitive market like SF. She’s been with us through every step of the way even after we’ve purchased! We feel so lucky to have had her. Cannot recommend her enough! Thank you, Binnings Team!"

"Choosing to list my condominium in San Francisco with the Binnings Team was an excellent decision. They managed several unexpected challenges with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring the process remained on schedule. Their guidance on timing and strategy demonstrated a strong depth of experience and a clear understanding of the local market. Over the past decade, I had considered selling my condominium on multiple occasions, but this year ultimately proved to be the right time. During that period, Sejal met with me periodically, consistently providing thoughtful, well-informed guidance without ever applying pressure to proceed. You'll be in good hands with Sejal and team."

"Working with The Binnings Team—Arrian and Sejal—was honestly one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. They are the perfect team, and we cannot say enough good things about them. From day one, it was clear that they complement each other beautifully. Their strengths, styles, and expertise blend into this seamless, powerhouse partnership. One brings deep strategic insight and market intuition; the other brings meticulous organization, calm focus, and incredible clarity. Together, they create an experience that feels elevated, smooth, and surprisingly stress-free. Selling a home is usually overwhelming, but for me and my husband, the entire process felt easy. They were extremely communicative—always available, always proactive, and always clear. We never had to guess what was happening or what needed to be done. Their process is thoughtful, thorough, and truly designed to protect the client’s sanity. Their market knowledge is unmatched. They priced our home perfectly—right on target—and their guidance was spot‑on every step of the way. Their marketing plan was exceptional: beautiful photography, expert staging, strong visibility, and a polished presentation that made our home stand out in the best possible way. Their network of vendors was also top-notch. Every painter, flooring professional, stager, and tradesperson they brought in was fantastic—high quality, professional, and fast. It felt like we had access to a curated team of specialists who knew exactly what they were doing. And then there were the negotiations… wow. This is where The Binnings Team truly shines. Arrian and Sejal absolutely crushed it. Their strategy, professionalism, and ability to navigate the final steps were impressive and honestly a huge relief. We felt completely supported and knew we were in the best possible hands. What stood out most, though, was their positivity, warmth, and genuine care. They brought such uplifting energy and confidence to every interaction. We always felt heard, informed, and prioritized. They made us feel like we were their only clients—even though we know they’re incredibly busy. We are deeply grateful for their expertise, kindness, and talent. If you want a team that is knowledgeable, communicative, strategic, and truly exceptional at what they do, The Binnings Team is it. They made a major life decision feel manageable, successful, and even enjoyable. Arrian and Sejal are simply the best. We recommend them wholeheartedly."
