▪️The Bernal Heights listing we had at 334 Park received 5 offers and just closed at 40% over asking.
▪️We helped our buyers win a competitive 4-offer situation in San Anselmo.
▪️Last night we snatched up a great Larkspur home, which had been previously listed for $6M, for $4.5.
▪️After two weeks of extensive off-market promotion, we were able to get our seller's Lake Street condo into contract before hitting the market.
▪️Our newest listings - both on and off market - are drawing steady attention, with open houses buzzing and private previews quickly booking up. For example, the building we just launched in Mission Dolores (Sol de Dolores), has been getting 80+ visitors at each open house and we are looking at offers on the upper condo today.
