SF Sketchfest January 15 - February 1, 2026

A spotlight series from the world’s longest-running Jewish film festival. A curated selection of films to consecutive Thursday nights, featuring Labors of Love (Jan. 8), The Stamp Thief (Jan. 15), and The Floaters (Jan. 22), offering stories that explore culture, history, identity, and universal themes through a Jewish lens. Known for sparking meaningful dialogue and showcasing both established and emerging filmmakers, the festival continues its 40+ year tradition of thoughtful, globally minded cinema.

Marin Theater Talk and Tour January 12, 2026

Lance Gardner, Marin Theatre Executive Artistic Director, and Carey Perloff, American Conservatory Theatre Artistic Director Emeritus, will talk about their collaboration on the critically acclaimed 2025 production of Waste, as well as Marin Theatre's upcoming production of Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard, both directed by Perloff and starring Gardner. We will have an opportunity to tour the theater.
