❓ Can I really do this commute every day?

That sunny Sunday open house traffic? Not the same as a Tuesday at 8AM.

❓ Do I love the layout—or just the square footage?

Bigger isn’t always better. How the space flows matters more than how it measures.

❓ What’s the neighborhood really like?

What’s happening on a weekday morning? A Friday night? Does the rhythm fit your routines and long-term goals?

❓ Am I overlooking red flags because I’m emotionally all-in?

It’s okay to be excited—just don’t skip diligence, underestimate maintenance, or ignore what your gut (and your agent) are telling you.
