Once the work was complete, we layered in strategic staging and high-end marketing, showcasing the home’s warmth, natural light, and stunning vistas. The results spoke for themselves: after just one open house — and a full week before the scheduled offer date — the property received a strong pre-emptive offer well over asking, ultimately selling for $2,000,000, a full $305,000 above the $1,695,000 list price.
